My pitcher plants (about 2 months old) havent grown at all in at least month. Is this normal?

At this point they all are about 1 inch tall, but still look healthy.

My advice would be to dig them up and see how the root system is. If they don't have much for roots, smell the roots and if they smell rotten you may have root rot and there is nothing that i know of that you can do for it
