  1. Slow your swing, put the ball in the MIDDLE of your stance, bend your knees a little, try not raking the ball either.

Raking the ball means to move your body to far forward before you hit the ball.

  2. Bass,

Sounds like your PW has been bent to where the loft is more like that of an 8 iron. As for the other irons, it sounds as though you are topping the ball instead of hitting down on it.

Make sure you are playing the ball from the middle of your stance. You may be dipping your shoulder or turning your head. Make sure you are shifting your weight properly from front to back and then back to front again. You want to see the ground under the ball after you hit the ball. This makes sure that you are seeing the clubhead hit the ball.

Therefore, when making your back swing, picture in your mind that you are trying to hit the ball straight down into the ground right in front of where it is sitting. That will let you hit down on the ball. That is how you get the ball up in the air. Not by trying to hit upwards on the ball.

The only club you want to hit upwards on the ball with is your driver. The way to do that is by placing the ball (if your right handed) directly in front of the inside of your left foot. That puts the ball in front of your center line and when your driver makes contact with the ball it will be in an upward movement.

    Hope this helps,

    Hit em straight,

    J

  3. Swing easier cuz most ppl thing it will be good if you swing as hard as you can! hit the ground under the ball and follow though.... get lessons if you need more help!

  4. I assume you are righthanded:

Move the "V" of the thumb/ forefinger of your right hand to the left.  I bet you are being "weak" with your right hand.  You need to be strong.
