I have been depressed and ill - with strange symptoms - for 2 years. I decided to create a plan to get out of it. i stopped all anti depressants - which never helped me at all - and i have some daily tasks:1. swear - everytime i do swear for exercising i feel a little better;2. care about ur apparence - it's nice when we look at the mirror and like it.3. go partying once a week - maybe trying to get back ur good feelings4. masturbation or s*x - it's sweet, pleasure and we have more self esteem5. good foods6. read something you like.so........what do u think? will I kick depression away? i've started and i dont feel a lot better....but...maybe a bit.
