My playstation 3 broke and i think it overheated?

when i flip the switch on the back so it is on i press the button that lights up redand it goes green for a second then beeps red how can i fix it

Call Sony and if your warrenty is still in tact then get it fixed for free!

well the color of the light should turn orange if the ps3 sees any damage in its self. this is most likely a software issue.

call Sony support. if your still in warranty they would be happy to give you a new one.
