  1. Your battery is dead.  Those clicking sounds are its death rattle.  Have you kept its water levels between the high and low marks on the side?

    Is your alternator working?  Or don't you ride it fast enough to charge the battery?

I am a  re-builder of motorcycle electrics like starter and stators .. for over 20 years .. check the batter voltage ..  needs to be 12.4 volts +/- a 10th or 2  , the check the voltage at the starter when you press the starter button. if your getting the voltage  12+ volts at the starter  then you have a bad starter . if your not it is most likely a bad starter  solenoid.. tim@tpe-usa.com

  3. Lack of amps (power) to the starter,

    Maybe batterie or bad terminal connections at the batterie or starter..
