My pokemon are at level34 and i just got 2 snowpoint city how can i level up my pokemon quickly?

i need my pokemon to be stronger so i can beat the pokemon league my pokemon are under the level they should be at this time, i have six pokemon in my party and i havnt got any gadgets or action replay because i dont cheat on games and i also cant trade around the world or anything either , PLEASE HELP !!

I beat the pokemon league w/ level 10 abra level 33 snover level 18 meowth level 22 gyrados level 18 centret level 30 monferno so I wouldn't be worried if i were u

Okay, so your Pokemon are on lower levels than they should be.

-Just battle trainers along your way, don't avoid any just battle them.

-Go into grassy area's and train.

-If you have any Rare Candy's, give them to your Team.

-Your target is to train your Pokemon to level 40.

Your Pokemon are on lower levels because you have six, and it's a big responsibility to train them all. But you'll get there in the end, don't worry.
