My pool is balanced but how can I get my water to have the crystal clear look like when just filled?

I just used floc but it still looks dull and everything is in balance but my chlorine is a little high which I guess it is better than it testing with 0-0.5 chlorine like it had been.

let the filter run 24 hours a day for a couple of days

for my pool to be clear it has to be cleaned very well like sweeping it by hand dont use a vacuum that crawls around  your floor and the walls also have to be clean and it will take time to get it clear but the chemicals have to be spot on

Once you make sure it is clean and the chemicals are right, drop in a cup of baking soda.

It helps in a lot of ways. One cup about every three or four days will help keep your chemicals in check. It also helps prevent the "evaporation" of your chlorine.
