My pool ph is 6.8 & alkalinity is 40, chlorine is 10 .free chlorine 10, hardness 250 pool milk cloud help..?

it was black upon opening....3 gallons liquid chlorine, next day backwash....2 gallons liq. chlorine, 26 oz of algecide, backwash, backwash, backwash.....5 pounds of granular chlorine....backwash, backwash, wait 4 hours pool first aide, now milky very light green water, cloudy. 10,000 gal pool. any ideas?

ph is low, alkins is low, chlorine is high, hardness is ok.  fix your ph and alkins and that should be a start.
