My poor rat! i hope it wont pass..

my rat... well i do not know if it is going to die.. i went on vacation, and someone watched my rat for me., .. so when i came home it was doing fine untill the second day, it started to look sick and mope around and it almost looks like it has a hernia, but is that normal? and it has red stuff on its paw, and a crusty nose? is it going to die WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT

If you are worried, and by the sounds of things - he needs to be taken to the vet as soon as possible.

Until then, keep him in a warm area and make sure he has plently of fresh water and food.
