  1. Because the people in charge are only interested in making $$$$$$$

    by cost-cutting... NOT by providing Customer Satisfaction.   I am very

    annoyed that they keep giving me their "new & improved" web pages...

    and I have to keep clicking "Pretty PLEASE give me back my old!!!"
