  1. u need to provide some more information. Ur portfolios mayb delayed due to some technicalities or market situation. Check wth ur portfolio manager


  2. Yahoo delays quotes from the nasdaq and nyse.  You have to pay for real time quotes or be a client of a broker to get them...
