my prada fone touch screen has frozen :/ has this happened to anyone else??.

i recieved like 6 txts on it but obv can get to my txt screen to read them..any ideas how i can get those messages. im on contract wit orange and atm no other phone i put my sim in is showin the texts i have on the prada fone??. HELP PLEASE! thankyou!
