you can take ur head unit to any car stereo shop and they can either fix it for you or send it out to be fixed

Replace the radio or amplifier that provides the outputs.

First off what ever stereo shop you bring it to, they need to be an authorized dealer of that brand. Make sure of that before you leave your stereo with anyone to have it fixed, also make sure if it is under warranty.
