It's all bush's fault.

Actually, what I think will happen, is the Republican state authorities will handle this situation like the first one should have been.

Therefore proving once and for all that it was NOT Bush's fault, but the ineptitude of the local and state Democratic authorities that were to blame for the Katrina mess.
