  1. She will go off her food prior to giving birth as well as her stools becoming soft. The best thing you can do is keep her comfortable with fresh food and water. Provide her with some nesting materials like shredded newspaper. Make sure her hutch isn't too hot in the summer weather too as the heat may stress her and the babies. Other than that leave her in peace and let her do her thing.

  2. same thing happened to me kind of, apart from we did not know one of them was pregnant untill we cleaned out the cage and found lots of bones

make sure she has lots of food, and put some milk in her water bottle, not just milk tho, like a watery milk

  3. Put the oven on....

  4. Okay, firstly make sure to stay calm, if you panic, seh'll panic.

Fill her nesting box{If you have one, if not than get a cardboard box, and tip it sideways} With shavings, or bedding.

Next fill up her water bottle with cool, fresh water,

make sure she always has lots of Timothy Hay, I would give her a lot right now, so you don't have to come back to check on her.

    Now you should leave her alone, don't take her out to play with her, or anything, till she kindles{Gives birth}

Now your going to want to, check on the babies, but don't touch them, give her a treat, such as a leaf of lettuce, at the other end of the cage, then count how many babies there are, now let them be.

If you see any babies outside of the nest, you should rub some of your rabbits droppings on your hands, and put vanilla on her nose, then place the baby back into it's nest.

If she continues to kick the babies out, you can Hind them{Fedding them by hand} To do so, get kitte nmilk, or condensed, or even powdered milk, and heat it in the microwave till it's Skin temperature, then fill a Syringe, and gently push a little milk out, be sure your holding the baby upright, not on it's back, because he'll choke.

they'll only eat a few drops, then fall asleep as your feeding them, or immediatly after. This will have to be done every 3-4 Hours.

Once they grow hair, and start to move around a LOT, then you can switch to every 5-6 hours, this will probably be inbetween 1 and 2 weeks.

At this point, you can now touch them, without having to put scenting on moms nose, you  can take them out, and play with them on the ground, or in your lap.

Once there eyes open, you can take the mout to play with them, and let them hop around, this should be done in 5-10 minute intervals per day, per baby.

No older than 2 months, you should sepperate the males and females.

They becoem sexually mature at or around 3 months of age.

They can be weaned from their mom at 6 weeks of age, at this point, they should start to sample her food, crush up some of her pellets, and add a little milk or water, so it's easier for them to eat, they can also eat the hay, and a few pieces of carrot.

  5. Read here: http://www.rabbit.org/care/babies.html  Should be about everything you will need to know for now.  Make sure she has a proper nest box (wood is best) and lots of soft, clean bedding in it.

Add: Absolutely NO milk.  Rabbits are lactose intolerant and can not digest cow's milk.

  6. Provide her with good food and water, really clean and safe home, privacy, ensure they are treated for fleas...but be really careful about what you use.

Look at RSPCA website and rabbit onwers site for more detailed advice.

    Good Luck
