My presario v6000 touch pad scroll wont work, does anyone know how too fix it please!?

There could be problem with the touchppad. Go get it repaired. Maybe try formatting your PC. That might work

It probably needs to be replaced, but you can use an external usb device.

i am not sure ok

take ur battery out and switch on ur laptop directly without battery.

try to access touch if not,

login to computer download new driver and uninstall and install new driver.

make sure any settings in touch pad software.
