My preseason for soccer is next friday...How should I prepare/train this week?

I have been running for about 1.5 months now pretty hard .... what should i do this next 7 days to come in ultimately fit...

  1. If you aren't doing any sprints, start doing those now. Either sprint around 100 meters when your on a run or set up cones and do 4 sets of 3 suicides.

    Add core work, this helps when kicking because it adds strength and helps your balance. Find a pilates workout online and do that every other day.

    Make sure you eat healthy and drink a lot, if you don't have the right things in your system it won't matter how much work you did.

    Also do some ball work. Work on juggling to improve your touch on the ball. Practice moves like scissors, step-overs and cuts at speed.
