My previous employeer is not giving me status of my PF account?

Hi,

I was working in mumbai in one sw company for 2 years... i had resigned from there because of they have not paid me for last 4 monts..... even they have not created my PF account...

Is there any way to compaint against my pervious employers to get back my PF amount.. since they have diducted my PF from salary.. but not deposited in any account...

Is there any gov site from where i can register complaint against my previous employeer...

Pls help....

You worked there for 4 months without being paid and you expect them to have your PF account?

Anyways, you may be able to make contack with these groups to find what you need to do.
