Question

I was trying to program my tv with a universal remote when all of a sudden to loud clicks and the screen went black and white i could not turn the tv off. I then unpluged the power source and reset the tv. All the writting was in some strange language chinese? maybe. The tv channels are barley visble and in some wide screen format. Also i can chane the menu osd to english or the wierd language but thats it. also the writting appears more slanted.
