  1. Try saving your work, and turing off the computer and restarting. A lot of times that solves this sort of problem.

  2. First check your printer ink supply. Sometimes the ink being out can cause problems. If that is not the problem, then unplug your printer from the computer and wall. Then open your control panel from the start button. Go to the printers icon. Delete your printer from that section. Then go to add/remove programs and remove your printer there.

After that, save changes and turn off your machine. Reconnect your printer and plug it in. Restart your computer. Your computer should pick up your printer as new hardware and go through an install. If the reinstall fails, you need to get your machine serviced as there is a more in depth problem.

  3. Go to https://www.spotmau.com. You will be able to purchase a software disc that will allow you to fix ANY computer problem.

  4. try disconnection your printer and all peripherals.  Reboot your computer, then only plug in your printer.

  5. If everything is connected correctly and plugged in-no loose connection-then open your firewall-click on the tab- and see if the settings-they may be to high and need lowered- are restricting certain items to be printed. You may have to turn off your fire wall and print what you need and then turn it back on when you are done printing.

  6. I would probably try uninstalling then reinstalling

  7. take it in but also get someone to check if your computer is getting hacked through your printer
