  1. what did you bond out of ? sounds like you were arrested while on probation and you put up bond money to bail out but now your probation officer found out and wants you to report and revoke your probation because you violated by being arrested. am I right with my scenario? if so then yes your P. O. has every right to revoke your probation because you are suposed to report any arrest to him and those might be violations of your terms of probation. Good Luck

  2. Your probation officer filed an application to revoke your probation and wants you to report to him?

Are you not suppose to be reporting to him already?

What is the rational for the application to revoke?

The application is used to make the court aware of something you are/ have left out of this scenario?

The court will take into advisement the application and you can contest any portion thereof?

WHERE IS THERE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST?

You were suppose to report, keep in touch, keep appraised of to your probation officer about your job, income, work, friends etc?

  3. No, your probation officer can file an application to revoke your probation.

No matter where you are the original jurisdiction is the state of your conviction! They can haul you back anytime they want! But they do have to have a reason!

  4. If the revocation is processed, you'll only have to serve the remainder of your probation. It's not a conflict of interest, you can request a different PO, but you probably won't get one.
