  1. Use a hand-wheel.   You can have mine as I don't have any fat on my stomach now


  2. go out for runs

    do about 200 sit-up and crunches

    and do a lot of abdominal exercises

    i do all that and i have a nice 6 pack

    i work and go on runs

    but what helped me was hoodia

    it cuts down on your appetite so your not always hungry

    it was recommended by a lot of people to try  i lost 10lbs my first week

    using them and going on runs every day ???

  3. do a wide variety of cardio & toning exercises 5 days a week and eat 5 small healthy meals a day..tummy fat is hard to lose,so toil for it!

  4. the fastest way os to cut out most of the carbs from your diet - soo all refined carbs completely like white bread, white rice etc. as well as pasta and noodles and also cut out sugar.  Sugary drinks should be replaced by water.  To speed up the toning, start running and skipping and cycling at least 4 times a week so you can make sure you are doing at least 20 mins of cardio vascular exercise.  then you should do crunches but for a flat stomach, crunches wont help - they just tone up the muscle and not the fat that sits above them  Diet does this.

  5. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
