My projector dosn't produce a light.?

i have these two projectors.one of them won't connect to anything ,thats not what this is about.i want to know why my tosheba lcd projector will not show any light.i tryed a new lamp ,but still nothing.what is wrong and how do i fix it.

Make sure the lamp is seated properly.

After the lamp, the next most likely culprit is the ballast. You have a couple choices:

1. You can take it in for service and have it diagnosed/repaired

2. If you have some experience with electronics troubleshooting, you can purchase the service manual and try to repair it yourself. You can buy parts from Toshiba's parts distributers.

If you don't have experience with electronics, this is not the unit to learn on. Choose option 1.
