  1. Another possibility is allergy. If you have bumps on the backs of your eyelids (known as giant papillary conjunctivitis or GPC) They act like little rubber grippers and grab the lens and jerk it up every time you blink.  See your eye doctor in any case for evaluation and treatment.

  2. Sounds like the lens is inside out.  Take it out and clean it, and make sure that it is not inside out.  If this does not fix the problem, you should go back to your eye doctor.  It is possible that the lens is the wrong fit for your eye.  If it does not fit the curve properly, it will slide, and actually be too big.

  3. If it is a shell you should see your orthoptist again there was probably a change in your socket.  Maybe they can refit your shell

  4. Your eye might also be dry, it is pollen season after all.  Try one of those mild saline drops and see if that helps the lens stay put.

  5. unfortunately, you'll have to go back to the person who fit your contact. It could be the wrong size or an entirely unrelated matter, but either way, it's not something you can resolve alone.

I really hope you do not end up having to re-order- I know that the 12 week waits with 'naked' eyes aren't fun.
