My ps2 goes slow when i play nba live and also i play the ps2 for a while but turns off and starts blinking

well for one if it is the ps2 fat it is going to do this cause they are old i mean old like 10 years old they are what we call them wearing them self down intill they start to act like your ps2 is doing and of course one day you will try to turn it on in poof it is a piece of junk it will break down one day in the motor will burn out had this happen to my son 3 times intill we just gave up on the ps2 and now he has the ps3 :) ava
