My ps3 is saying the use of Playstation Network has been suspended. what does that mean?

smae here I am a good gamer don't know what happened my hard drive just got wipped out and i had to get a new one i thought that I was banned for getiing a new hard drive.

Will It be fixed by tommorow???

Yeah I thought I was banned for a sec for no reason. They should at least say "The Playstation Network is under maintenance from _____ until ____".

It should be up and running again soon not a problem.

Its down or being updated. Should be back to normal by tomorrow. ( that is what i was told)
