My psp card reader stuck/broke

Question

I have a psp fat. The warranty ran out a few months ago, and the card reader is messing up. I don't recall that I did anything out of the ordinary (putting a card in, pushing in to release and remove) but for some reason I can't put a card in anymore. I took my card out to let my friend play a save file on his psp, set my psp down and about 3-5 seconds after I set it down I heard this *click noise*...I don't know what's up and it's just been sitting in my dresser drawer ticking me off while i've been searching for a helpful solution on what my problem is and/or how to fix it. Also, I tried to open it up and so I could just change card readers, and the screwdriver bent. Yes, a phillips head screwdriver bent (it does look kinda cool all twisty though)

Try taking it to the store you bought it from, and ask them if they can fix it. Or try shining a flash light inside it, because maybe a foreign object is just stuck inside it, and maybe you could just remove it using fine tools.
