My psp doesn't want to work!!!! Help! Please?

Question

I have no idea what to do. ok well i haven't had time to use my psp since december and i tried using it in april and it didn't want to turn on at all. So today i decided to try it again and nothing happens. it still doesn't want to turn on. i am charging it but it stops charging all of a sudden and thats it. what do i do? am i going to have to go and try to fix it? if so how much you think it will cost? thanks major for answering!

I&#039;m pretty sure if you go to the SONY site they have a help e-mail thingy. Try that out first. If you can&#039;t, try going to a SONY, Best Buy, or Circuit City store. I think that since you stopped using it for a couple months it might have damaged it...

Your battery is bad. Just buy a new on it will cost a few $ on eBay. On the back there is a button on the side that you push in. Than slide the cover off the battery. Than just pull out the battery for the top, there is a lip.

Well if its still under warranty return it as soon as possible.

If not it could be the battery itself or even your charger.

Try taking it to like a Best Buy or target and see if they can even figure out what the problem is.
