My psp volume buttons do not work?

is there a way to fix this?, also my Play Station Portable is still in warranty but it was a gift so i do not have the sales receipt will they still charge me or will i be able to use the serial number to get it fixed?

  1. go to sound settings and make sure AVLS is off


  2. Call Sony 1-800-345-7669 and have your PSP with you. They will help you since you still have your warranty.
