  1. If it is someone she feels uncomfortable around,it might just be the nervousness that's causing it.EXAMPLE:Assume the person had abused the dog.I'm not saying they did,but as an example. Anyway, they are afraid to be hurt again so they pee on that person to keep them away.

  2. It sounds like your Mongrel gets too excited or nervous around this person.  Have your mutt spend time with that person more often and when they need to go that person c an let them out.

  3. That's called a submissive pee.  My yorkshire terrier does it whenever my husband come home.  They do it to show submission to a person they consider dominant. That's their strange way of showing respect.  When that person comes around, have them greet the dog outside, to get the peeing over with, and keep your house from getting damaged.

  4. Highly likely it's just submissive peeing.  Have the person the dog pees around to ignore the dog when coming in the house, and leaving the house.   Never pay attention (look, talk, touch) the dog until it's totally calm and relaxed.  This could take an hour, who knows.

  5. Is she excited when she sees this person.  Does the person show her excitement?  If so, then that person will want to come into your house calmly, and not pay any attention to your dog until she settles down.  Should stop her from excitement peeing.

  6. It's possible that this could be a submission urination especially if it's around the same person.  Is she highly submissive to the person she pees around?
