My pumkin plant has a flower on what does it mean/ what do i do???

That will be a pumpkin soon, if you only have one then just leave it grow, but if you get 5 or 6, when they start to turn into pumpkins, you have to pick the best 2 or 3, because then the pumpkins will be bigger and better.
