  1. cage is proubly to big they usally don't stop going to the bathroom in the house till like 6 months

  2. Get a cage that isn't too big for the size of your dog. Just big enough to be comfortable. Along with this, do not put a blanket, towel, etc. in the cage with the puppy. That way if the puppy pees, then it will have to put up with the smell and wetness and it will not like that and then get the idea that if she doesn't potty in the cage, there will be no wetness.

  3. Did you get her from a pet store or a place where the puppies were confined in a small space or window cage?  When puppies and dogs are forced to eliminate in their "house" it becomes part of their routine.  Hard habit to break, not impossible.  Be patient and not too harsh or you just scare her more. Praise and treat her when she goes outside, use a cue word to encourage and when she goes make a big deal.  All my dogs have been trained to eliminate on "command" because we travel a lot and they might not get a second chance!

    good luck

  4. mine also does that..the reason i think he does it is when he was a pup still with there mom he was in a cage and it had a bottom that they could just slip out from underneath,so it was easy, hes doing a little better, but hes almost 6 months old...good luck
