My puppy has bad diarrhea?

She is just over 6 weeks old and we're giving her normal food, no milk or anything dairy, but the food we give her has no specific age or size restrictions so we are not sure if it is appropriate for such a young puppy but she has been getting really bad diarrhea and we don't know what it is. We took her to the vet but she only gave us some hydration powder to put in her water as a lot of water is being wasted from it. She didn't say what she thought it was though, what is happening and what can we do to stop it?

if its continuous and your pup is tired often not hungry and there is blood in the loose stool those are common signs of Parvo.
