My quaker parrots nose was red and runny ??

Question

i had the window open for a while and ma quakers nose went red and runny and he was scratching at it. i closed the window and let him sit in the sunlight to warm him up and it went back to normal

Could be the air. Was it to cool? Also could be allergic to something being used outside. have to be very careful with birds as they are so much more sensitive to smells and chemicels than we are. Keep eye on him if happens again take to vet.
