My question is, why is my portfolio section of Yahoo finance acting up? See details below.?

When I click on My Portfolio it shows stock prices for the 16th of February every day. Also, I can't update my cash in. It will not display the right amount. Also, on my home page, it shows a different cash value than it does on my portfolio page. I have tried everything and can't make it work. Help, please.
