My question is in relation to swimming technique?

The q is in relation to the front crawl. No matter how much i try to point my toes and not bend my knees the bottom part of my leg ie below the knew is still coming out of the water so my kick is inefficent. Any thoughts

  1. kick from your hips in quick motion. To start out with it is good for your kick to come out of the water so your lower body will not sink.


  2. I am in Swimming ! I love it ! Try slowing down your stroke and taking it at a slower pace. Think about kicking by using your hip/waist you can slightly bend your knee but think about it. Take it slow it will come to you i promise.

  3. start at a float and slow down your kicking

  4. lean your chest forward and put more strength into your arms.....and kick harder because it sounds like your not strong yet to keep it up and it worked for me
