The juniors have to  show their talent to be included in the national side, sometimes they may or may not get more then one or two chances to do so,while the seniors have to continue to perform if they have to retain their position in the team,but they are given enough chances before they are dropped.In short ,,juniour need a more powerful effort to  dislodge a senior from the team.the younger talents do affect the carrier of non performing seniors,not immidiatly,but sooner or later.

YES,AS WE SEE SAURAV GANGULY WAS REALLY IN A GOOD FORM BUT HE WASN'TGIVEN A CHANCE INSQUAD FOR BANLADESH &ASIA CUP .SURESH RAINA WITH HIS TON AND HALF CENTURY HAS ALREADY TAKEN HIS PLACE.THIS IS GOOD THAT WE ARE GETTING YOUNG LEGS WHO CAN RUN BETWEEN THE WICKETS WELL AND ALSO FIELD BETTER.I DON'T KNOW WHETHER U  AGREE OR NOT BUT IT IS TRUE AND IS REALLY GOOD FOR THE TEAM

It cannot be construed like that.   ODI need agressive and agile talents and test needs expereince and strategy.  So seniors are still have better chances

young blood is the need of country if they are performing well than the senior guys then why not they shud get eliminated...!!

gony,raina,sharma,chawla...(though i think harbhajan is relly agud all time spinner than him... but he is always in a controversy) are performing very well which became a threat to seat-warmers like gambhir who regained his form... we got yusuf pathan as a great all-rounder for india (though he needs to work on his spin a bit more).. kumar,joginder all are new and effective under the bowling reins...so the young blood in INDIA is really hot to handle ... but we shud never disgrace the older fellows... they were and they are the SHAAN-E-INDIA always!! whether they get in playing 11 or not...sachin ,saurav,dravid,azahar,jadeja,all rocked!!

This is how it must be. Younger players pushing up, senior players bringing them on and then retiring. That's progress.
