All I asked was if people lived in a certian city and it was deleted. I read the rules and it wasnt in there. Now I have to waste points for all this... Ugh!

There are some really mean people on these msg boards.  Some people report orther just because they don't like a question or others answers.  I know it has happened to me many times. As far as your question goes I don't see anything wrong in what you posted. One other thing some people just report others for the fun of it and I would say maybe that is what happened to you.  Don't be to upset about it you can earn these points back pretty fast.

Just ask the people at Yahoo!® Answers why they took it off. It usually says it on the email they send.

It was probably reported as "chatting"...you're not supposed to be here to meet people, and if the readers inferred that you were trying to find folks in your locality, they may have reported it.

Anything deleted usually gets you docked 10 pts. But that is 5 answers....any answers....and chosen as the Best, there's your ten pts back again.. Really these funny guys at Y/A have spent much time planning these 'penalties'.
