Are you asking about captive breeding of endangered animals who are then reintroduced into the wild? (Perhaps you could edit your question a little to clarify what you mean?)

Wolves, certain breeds of seals and Eagles.  Some organizations are also breeding bears to help their population and releasing them into the wild. Many animals in Australia are also being helped in this way.
