My " key keeps printing this double apostrophe how do I rectify it So I can use the at key in my emails

I have a laptop it crashed the other day just got it working again so can't change my keyboard the ' key works but not the capital any suggestions

Restart the PC. And if this still happen.

Then you should buy a new keyboard.

There's an electric fault in your keyboard.
