Internet Explorer correctly requests my home page address "http://my.yahoo.com." My home page is normally 2 columns: narrow on left and wide on right, with "welcome (my user name) on top Yahoo banner. Today, what is displayed is only one wide column across the entire page, containing the informational sections that I chose for the left column (calendar, stock market, etc). The top Yahoo banner is missing, and the information displayed is not formatted correctly (lots of space between the pieces of the page). My wife has a separate (differently designed) home page on her Windows XP user account, and her page is doing the same thing. I am running WIndows XP Home rev 2, and just recently downloaded the Internet Explorer rev 7 upgrade. Running up-to-date Norton Internet Security, with no viruses or ad-ware detected. My home page was normal yesterday, but was also not displaying correctly 4 days ago. What else should I check in order to fix this? Thanks.

  1. If you upgrade your computer software, change computers, delete your Internet files, or click Sign Out at any time, the cookie that My Yahoo! uses to remember who you are will be erased from your computer's hard drive.

To restore your personalized information, enter your Yahoo! ID and password on the Sign-in page and click Sign In. You don't need to re-register.

Tip: When you sign in using your Yahoo! ID and password, your browser remembers this information by setting a cookie. We've provided a checkbox on the Sign-in page so that you won't have to sign in each time you come back. (We may ask you to re-enter your password if you've been away from the computer for too long. By default, the cookie will expire after eight hours.)
