Question:

My "ex" is claiming "abandonment" AFTER our divorce?

During my civil suit against my "ex" wife for the Mail Order Bride Scam she perpetrated on me, her response stated that I "abandoned" her during our marriage (in which SHE moved out after 9 days)!!!

Should I invite USCIS to the civil trial so they can see for themselves just how deceitful, calculating, manipulative, this CON ARTIST, TROLLOP really is?

NOTE: She also committed insurance fraud AFTER our divorce so she could use the money she "saved" to go to Las Vegas with my BROTHER and try to talk him into marrying her!

  1. I'd suggest sending them a transcript.

(I remember you.  I hope you learned that mail order brides aren't such a bright idea.)

  2. You need to file with immigration the form that states she was a scam artist for the green card and then declare you are wanting to withdraw the affidavit of support. Then they will pull her green card. If you don't even after divorce you are still financially responsible for her. That is probably the reason she is declaring you abandoned her. IF the court agrees she will get the permanent green card and win the whole game

  3. Gosh you're angry... breathe. All that conflict and anger is taking years off your life, and then she wins the war.

The divorce proceeding and the civil suit are two seperate court proceedings, so all you can do now is ask to submit the documentation from the divorce as evidence she never raised that particular issue before. (Did she have to? If it isn't grounds for a divorce it may not have been necessary.)

Why would the FBI care, unless it was interstate crime they wouldn't get involved. If you want to file a criminal charge start with the jursidiction you were both living in during the marriage.

And being cold, deceitful, manipulative and calculating isn't a crime... :)

Again, breathe. You really need to let a lot of that go so you can be productive and live the life you have as a happy one.
