My rabbit appears to be "eating" his cage mate, who is also his brother?

we noticed he had a scab on his rear paw a week ago, but my husband noticed today that both his rear paws are down to the bone, as well as his rear under. We have separated them, but i'm wondering if anyone know whats going on!?!?!

1st bring the poor rabbit to the vet is you have the time/money!

and are they fixed?

this happened to my rabbits once and i fixed them and there where fine after that! but if you fix the mean one that would be good but i know that fixing a rabbit is alot of money! i hope this helps!
