I found a tick on my rabbit, she was outside for a while and had a fairly large tick on her upper lip. I followed instructions I found on the web to remove it with tweezers by the head. Should I take her to the vet?

  1. Just watch your rabbit carefully for the next few days, if something starts to look unusual, contact your vet. Especially if you find another tick on her, then contact your vet on what you should do.

  2. as long as you removed it, it should be ok. Just keep an eye on it and if starts to look infected then call the vet. good luck

  3. if you see any signs of wounds or swelling or sumting see a vet

  4. If her lip starts swelling or oozing or anything else other that healing up where the tick got her or if she starts acting sick, then take her to the vet, otherwise, she should be fine.

  5. maybe, maybe not.some are dangerous but some are harmless.id take it to the vet just incase
