My rabbit just had babies outside instead of inside my barn can i move them

should i screen the front of the dog house that she is into keep her in there.

If she has just had them, don't touch them, or she could be stressed enough to eat them. Just screen off where she is, make sure it is warm and dry, and that she has plenty of food, water and hay. Good luck!
