  1. what gender are they?

if they are both male or both female they sometimes wont get along because they have reached maturity if they are male and female the female could be trying to keep away the male cos she might not want babies

  2. More often than not two male rabbits together fight. But two females fighting is quite interesting actually. Maybe they just don't get along. Not all humans get along. It might just be one of those things.

You sound pretty certain that they are fighting-its just some people think rabbits are fighting but they are actually just playing. But like i said it does sound like yours are actually fighting.

Have you tried putting them together in a large open space? Sometimes rabbits fight if their in a small area because they want their space and want to mark their territory, but if theres not much room then it makes it harder for them.

    Hope this helps :)

  3. are they both neurtered? this will help.

maybe put them either side of a baby gate so they can interact when they want to (and they will because bunnies are nosey), but also go away when they've had enough... maybe put some food next to the gate on each side so they have to be near each other to eat! good luck x
