My radio, keyless entry & inside lights dont work after a jump what happen? HELP?

I had a dead battery and gotta jump, i think they put it on the wrong color. *sighs* cause it sparked and then when my car came on my inside lights didnt come on nor my radio nor my remote to unlock the car worked either. i got a new battery, so what happen? was it a fuse ot wha, ita a toyota corolla 05 HELP!!!!
