My radio comes on, but has no sound. the speakers are fine and the fuses are ok, can someone help?

the car had a windshield leak, but it was repaired, but before it was repaired,the radio was making static buzzing noises and daily the radio started getting worse and it finally went out. i replaced it with another radio and had the same results. it had came back on a month ago for about two songs and then it went back out.
