i've grown raspberries for about 4 years now and for some reason, i can never get them to bloom? and of course with out a bloom, there can be no fruit. i water them accordingly and they are as healthy as can be, but no flowers. i was wondering if anyone could answer why? or if anyone could give some helpful tips for me to get my raspberries flowering and producing fruit.

  1. Your not using a high nitrogen based fertilizer such as all purpose miracle grow are you? this will give you nice healthy leves and lots of them...but no fruits or flowers..they need phospherous and potassium based fertilizers..a litte epsom salt dose wouldn't hurt either...

  2. Somethings wrong here.  Are they REALLY raspberries?  Even really sick plants will out out a few blooms.  I'd take a piece of the cane to a garden center or greenhouse and ask.  NOT HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S!
