My rat doesnt use her toys....help!!!?

Question

i get her toy after toy after toy...

and i always have to take them back!!

she never use's them and i would think she would get bored...

i take her out of her cage as much as i can and she loves it!!

she runs and jumps and climbs and plays and chews and all that good rattie stuff...

but if i put a toy into her cage she just leaves it there or last time i tried putting a wheel and she pushed all her bedding up against it like she was hiding it...so i took it out and took it back...

idk what to do!!

should i just keep trying or just leave her with what i know she likes....

some 1 plz help!!

My daughter use to have a rat ...

The rat refused to play with the toys my daughter bought her.  Hmm ... sound familiar?

My daughters solution?

She put in her own old toys.   Old letter blocks, old doll clothing ... things that the rat just loved!   We think it was my daughters scent that did the trick.  The old stuff smelled like my daughter while the new stuff probably smells like chemicals.

Worth a try?
